I love two things (after my Family of course) ... 1st Being a Real Estate Agent and 2nd Colorado. You will find very few agents that have a true passion for buying and selling real estate. I am one of those agents. Understanding the dynamics that go into the real estate economy is my job. I utilize every skill I have to represent my buyers and sellers so they will get the best deal that suits their needs. I graduated from Colorado State University in 2003 with a double major and a minor. I use the skills I learned in college to analyze market trends and negotiate transactions in order to represent my clients at the highest level possible.

I offer electronic and paper contracts and the ability to sign electronic contracts in the privacy of your own home. Negotiations are my speciality which means that you wont always have to offer list price. I will fight to get you the best house for the least amount of money.
